Dec 19, 2008 Chase Rules Source: DMG 2 Pg 57. THE CHASE A dramatic chase has become a classic staple of the action and fantasy genres. They give fast characters a chance to show off, and provide uncertainty and tension as players scramble to pursue an important villain. Chases can be resolved fairly easily while still maintaining. Oct 31, 2015 For me, the standard DnD chase rules are too similar to standard combat (using rounds, initiative and PC actions every turn) to promote a proper chase feel. It feels like normal combat, everyone's running in the same direction while dodging obstacles. Jun 06, 2012 A chase is basically a special combat situation. All standard combat rules still function normally during a chase except where specifically noted otherwise. Most importantly, your character isn’t limited to what he can attempt to do. 3) It must work for any number of characters chasing any number of other characters. Last week I gave you a new rule for letting the PCs escape combat. Today, in Part 2, I'm going to revise the 5e chase rules. Next week I'll give you examples for all three systems, plus some analysis of the DMG's chase system and advice on how to use it, if you'd rather.

DMG has developed and implemented an exposure control plan in response to the new OSHA Crystalline Silica Rule for Construction. To help protect an estimated two million workers that are exposed to silica hazards each year, OSHA’s new standards went into effect for the construction industry on September 23, 2017.
The new standard reduces the permissible exposure limit (PEL) for respirable crystalline silica to 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air, averaged over an 8-hour work shift.
Employers are required to use engineering controls (water attachments, ventilation, etc.) to limit worker exposure to the permissible exposure limit.
Employers must develop and implement a written exposure control plan.
